Float

what was our inspiration? Dragon Ball Z ! We wanted to capture a moment where they are doing the Kame Hame Ha, although we needed a beam, we did a good job capturing me in mid air. Something that was very complicated was finding someone who would want to jump up & get6 dirty. Nobody wanted to do it so i has to do it, Also i cant jump high so i had to run up & jump which made things harder freeze the image completely. The jumping part, i ran up. The getting dirty part, i just put on a sweater.

I think this one is obvious. The Vader ! Chris has super powers that is making me & Chato choke. A very big technical challenge was the timing. We started counting before we did the jump. Also the faces we made. It had to make us look like we where in pain

Creative controls

                                                               Part #1

1) Which Aperture makes a wider hole in the lens for light to come through? F/3.5
2) Which Aperture lets more light into the camera to hit the image sensor? F/5.6
3) Which Aperture keeps more of the foreground and background in focus? F/11.
4) Which Shutter Speed is faster? 1/200 second.
5) Which Shutter Speed keeps the door in the camera open for more time? 1/30 second
6) Which Shutter Speed is best for stopping action? 1/200 second.

                                                                Part #2

Set 1: AV mode f2.7, f5.6, f8
There is not a lot of difference between these images even tho each one has a different F stop. The first image has a shallow depth a feel & the rest have deep depth of feel, that's thanks to the F stop. The lower the F stop the wider the hole is if the len. It lets more light in.

Set 2: TV mode 1/10, 1/60, 1/500 PERSON NOT MOVING
For the 1/10 there image came out so wash out for some reason everything came out super bright. For the other 2, thery came out pretty similar, they are both in focus & they look pretty good in color although its pretty dark & the colors look solid. i couldn't get my partner in the

Set 3: TV mode 1/10, 1/60, 1/500 PERSON MOVING
For the firsdt one my partners hand is really blurry & the whole picture is really washed out. For the second one my partners hand is a little blurry & everything else looks good. The third one was really good & it stopped the motion completely. I think i did a pretty good job on getting my partner in the same position.

                                          Set 4: TV mode 1/10, 1/60, 1/500 PANNING

For the panting everything had to do with the shutter speed. Since the shutter speed was too low in the first one i git my partner really blurry. In the second one i kind of stropped the motion but theress still blur to it. In the third one i completely stopped the motion.

Part #3
1) Depth of feel means when everything in focus, when you can see little details.
2) i don't know
3) a shutter speed of 1/10 makes a moving object look blurry & a shutter speed of 1/500 stops the motion.

Patterns

Man Made

Both picture are man made.  The first images a picture of water fountains put together. What i like about this picture is that everyone walks through this water fountain but i don't think nobody has ever stopped to look at it from this angle. The first water fountain looks crisp & as each water fountain passes the image starts to blur little by little. I think images like that are cool. The second image is a picture of the concrete. Its pretty simple but i like the way it looks once i saw it. Its all blueish, almost as if it where from outer space. There is a little but of purple in the corner that makes it looks even cooler. That's why i like both of these images.

                                                              Natural

Both of these images are man made. I like the first one because i caught Danny & Ryan wearing the same sweater so i decided to take a picture. i like the first sweater is a little blurry & the second one is perfectly crisp. It likes nice. The yellow makes it stand out. The second image, i tried to get the shadow of the bench but i didn't really focus on it. What i like is that when you see the regular bench it looks ass if it where perfectly straight. Although when you see the shadow you can obviously sere that's they are not. But the benches look the same, that's the pattern. I really like the time of day too. this is why i like the picture.

Photoshop Tutorials

                                                               Animal

To create this image i had to go into Photoshop & past a picture of an animal on top of mine.after it did that i had to lion everything up. i had to make him look as if he was me. His eyes & mouth had to be matching me. Then i erased the eyes & mouth so you could see my eyes. Something difficult was erasing, it was hard because it didn't come out how i imagined it. But now i know that i can use a softer brush so it looks more realistic. My favorite part was lining them up & lowering the opacity because i looked funny.

                                                 Drawing Photo effect

To create this image it took a lot of duplicating the layers, lowering the opacity & taking away color. The point of this assignments was too make the image look as if it where a drawing. i did not run into problems because this assignment was super easy & fun. My favorite [part was all of it. I liked how every step something in the image changed. At the end, everything did look like a drawing & it was really cool

                                                   Vintage Photo effect

This assignment was basically 3 steps. Changing color, lowering opacity & adding another picture on top. It made the image look [pale and old which was really cool. In the girl you can see like a little gray spot around her forehead which made it look even cooler. This was pretty easy so i did not encounter any problems. The funnest part was watching hope the image changed color every time i did something different, It was fun playing around with the colors.

Personal Compostion

                                                                   Fill The Frame
Both of these pictures are cropped. The main thing in the image is the dog & the lines on the first picture, This is a good example because the pictures are zoomed in so nothing else can be seen but the image. The second picture, it has a little bit of background on the corner. It can still be used because the person that is seeing the image is focused on the dog. Both of these images are good examples of fill in the frame. On the first image, the whole picture is filled it with that thing that i have no idea what it is. There is no background. Although there is shadows, the main thing in the picture is that thing. On the second  image, the picture is really crisp & zoomed in. You can see the little details in the dog. These are both good examples of fill in the frame. The first image is pretty good but the second image i can work ion the corner & not adding any background.

                                                            Leading Lines
Both of these pictures are straight on leading lines. The second image is kinda not perfectly straight because the seats are all sideways,. But in both images you can still feel like the pictures are guiding you somewhere. Like as i they where directions. The  main subject on the image is the bench. The bench is kinda wet. There is people ion the background that are kinda blurred out. The bench is kinda leading you to keep forward. Almost as if you could walk into it. The second image are also benches. They are three benches that aren't straight. They feel as if they where arrows guiding you to keep going forward. Both of these images are good examples of leading lines because they are like directions. The image makes you feel like its taking you somewhere. Both of these are good examples. I wouldn't change anything.

                                                                 Rule of Thirds
The point of intersect in the first image is in the lower corner. In the second image the point of intersection is in the top left corner. The second picture, Melissa was just walking & decided to walk by & photo bomb me. This is a good example because in the first image, if you put the lines. on the image it will perfectly go into the lower corner, same for the second image,. If you put the lines, Melissa's head will be perfectly in the top corner. I would take the blur of the second picture. that's the only thing i would change.

Composition

The image above uses rule of thirds correctly. The man & women in tattoos are far in the corner. They grab the attention of peoples eye. Especially because they have tattoos. The other side of the picture, there's nothing going on. Its basically empty, its a wall. This is a good example of rule of thirds.

The image above is a good example of leading lines. It feels like the picture is inviting you to walk inside. It guides you. Its really cool because the background looks scary. Like an old movie where someone is about to get killed. This is a good example of leading lines

The image above is a great example of filling the frame. You can only see pistachios. Like if the image was abundant with them. The cool thing is that in the middle of all of them you can see a colorful m&m. It brings your attention more to the m&m but when you see the full image yo cant see nothing else but pistachios. This is why this image is a great example of filling in the frame.
